A small hand gun based around the skull of a ferret.

A collaboration with Wellington Guitar maker, Dave Goldbeard, from Goldbeard Guitars. The guitar has been made from scratch using wood, bone, crushed bone, guitar strings and other fittings. It has 35 skulls on it including hedgehog, stoat, weasel, rabbit, rat, magpie, hawk, gull, possum, pukeko, duck, sparrow, thrush, sting-ray and part of an extinct Moa’s jawbone. It also contains bones and teeth from a cat, dog, sheep, wild pig, cow, wallaby, swan, seal and snapper. It has been the subject of feature articles in Guitar World and Guitar Player Magazines

Albatross Bust

A Black-Browed Mollymawk (albatross)skull with a back made from the bones of small terrestrial mammals and a front made to represent its food sources including  fish skulls, fish bones, sea bird skulls and dried bird’s feet.  The piece sits on a custom made base of recycled jarrah.
